 VARIOUS SCIENCE ACTIVITIES CONDUCTED DURING THE BLOCK TEACHING

Science book exhibition. Just to enhance the interest in science and to disseminate the information about various scientific knowledge based books available in the library.

Laboratory arrangement and laboratory exhibition was done in the presence of lab assistant Mrs.Nita Naik.

Students were told to make various models of systems and these were exhibited in the corridor and then kept in the shelf for further reference. Thus establishing a small science lab.

Weekly puzzle for the students to answer the students drop their answers in the box kept and the student answering correctly gets a price at the end of the week during the assembly.

ANALOGY BASED LESSON: 2 lessons electric circuit as a water pump and cell as a busy factory were delivered to students of std VII^th and IX^th 

 INQUIRY TRAINING MODEL: Inquiry training model on magnetic effect of electric current delivered to std VII^th

CONCEPT ATTAINMENT MODEL: CAM lesson on food chain was delivered to the students of std VII^th

DISCREPANT EVENT: lesson delivery to class VIII^th based on discrepant event.
